Baby Ella threw her parents for a bit of a loop when she arrived early – and so tiny! – then had a rough few first weeks. Newborns are scary when they’re full-sized – they’re even scarier when they come fun-sized! We gave Ella a few weeks to grow before getting her in for her mini studio session, and she was a complete champ for us.
Mini sessions are a great option for so many families. If baby is a bit past the ideal two-week mark, if baby has some health issues that make sleep a bit tougher, or even just if parents want a more wrapped up look for their final gallery, these are the perfect choice! Ella loved being wrapped up, and was such a great sleeper. I had so much fun choosing setups for her!
Ella’s mama said I could choose whatever colors I wanted, and even try some new things with her, so I took her up on that! I have been collecting things in this gorgeous rust color, but no one ever lets me use them. They looked absolutely beautiful on Ella (like I knew they would!), and I’m hoping that more parents will see how amazing rust is and let me use it! I did throw in some more traditional colors, as well, and Ella looked just as great in those. How pretty is that light purple?
Welcome to the world, Ella! I loved meeting you, snuggling you, and dressing you up in pretty colors! Come back and see me soon!
