All of my newborn sessions take place at the same time in the morning – I find that babies are just more cooperative early in the day. Ethan’s parents told me that he was actually usually wide awake at that time, but we decided to try our luck anyway! Just like his parents said, little Ethan was definitely the most awake newborn I have ever had, but also one of the calmest. This sweet boy just took it all in and was perfectly content to hang out with me while I photographed him! I loved getting to see his budding personality – and see a baby’s eyes without being screamed at!

Ethan, you were a joy. I am so glad we got to spend the morning together!
