Sweet Otto is baby number three for this adorable family, and I was so excited when mama told me she was expecting again! Otto’s big brother and sister are absolute dolls, and I’ve had the pleasure of having them in the studio quite a few times now. They are always wonderful for me, and Otto was exactly the same!
I always start my newborn sessions with family portraits. I love capturing the connection between parents, siblings and new babies, and these big kiddos were so happy to pose with their baby brother! They cuddled him and giggled with me, and went home with prizes from my super awesome prize bin. Then it was just me, Otto, and his mama!
Otto was seriously an angel for his entire session. If you’ve had a newborn session with me, I’ve probably told you that boys are so feisty during the newborn stage. They just plain don’t like to be bothered! Otto did NOT care. He slept straight through everything, and was so easygoing that we finished almost an hour early! I even got to use my gorgeous new bonnet and bear lovie from Hit of Knit that I was dying to get on a baby. How stinking cute does Otto look with that little green bear!?
Welcome to the world, and thanks for the easy morning, little man! You and your perfect family made my day, and I can’t wait to see you again when you’re one!
