This happy girl is Charlie, and she’s so excited to be one! Charlie’s family is part of my Bump to Baby plan, which means I’ve seen them for maternity, newborn, sitter, and now cake smash sessions! I have loved each one of their sessions, and Charlie has been a doll every time.
When planning a cake smash, theme ideas can come from anywhere – many families choose to stick with the birthday party theme, some want a simple color scheme instead, and still others choose something fun and different! Charlie’s mama actually saw a different version of this tropical theme in another one of my smashes, and loved it so much that she wanted it for Charlie! I can’t think of something that fits Charlie’s bright, bubbly personality better.
In my experience, Charlie never stops smiling. I’m sure mom and dad would tell you that she has her moments, but she is just the happiest girl! So it was no surprise to me that Charlie smiled right through her cake smash. She loved her portraits, and then went head first into her cake! She had so much fun, and the adults enjoyed it just as much.
Happy birthday, sweet girl. I have loved getting to know your family this year, and I would love to see you all again soon!
