Growing a family from three to four is a big change, especially for the family’s littlest member! I have been photographing sweet Stella since she was an adorable newborn, and I have loved watching her grow. So I was super excited when her parents told me they were expecting baby number two and wanted to capture their journey!
Including a toddler in a maternity session can be a little tricky – tiny people can have some big emotions around life changes! But Stella was more than happy to participate, and her sweet smile shows how much she’s looking forward to her new little sibling. After Stella did her job, we let her hang out with grandma while we changed mama into one of my studio gowns (from the amazing Sew Trendy Accessories) and grabbed some gorgeous portraits of just mom and dad. Mama chose the most beautiful antique rose color, and it looked amazing against the late fall sunset. And the fitted lace style accented her growing bump just perfectly!
