I first met this sweet family for big brother Victor’s cake smash. When they contacted me again and said they were expecting, I couldn’t wait for that baby to arrive! And perfect Penelope did not disappoint. This beautiful girl was just as sweet as her brother. She slept and cuddled, and even posed for a few images with her daddy’s police gear! I know her dad is one proud guy right now.
