Noah is One - Cleveland Ohio Cake Smash Photographer

So, typically part of my pre-cake smash prep is explaining to parents that their sweet, adorable, happy one-year-old might not smile for his birthday portraits. Imagine being one and being taken to a strange place, where a strange lady sits you in front of a huge light and points a weird black box at you. What do you do? Probably cry! First birthday portraits can be scary for little ones. I do everything I can to put babies at ease, and we usually get great images of each precious baby. But asking for a smile frame after frame is sometimes just a little too much… Even when we bring out cake, which I know makes me smile, most babies are too busy concentrating on destruction to smile. Enter Noah. All Noah did was smile, from the minute he walked (or, more accurately, ran) into my studio. Noah is the happiest kid I’ve ever met. You can’t look at his adorable images without smiling – it’s just contagious! This Little Blue Truck themed setup was so much fun to create, and even more fun to watch Noah enjoy.
