When photographers dream about perfect family sessions, this is what they dream about! This sweet dad scheduled a session with me as a gift for mom, which is pretty much the cutest thing ever. Once mom found out, we started planning, and I couldn’t wait to meet everyone!
I don’t have a ton of family sessions in the summer. Sunset is super late, and everything is really green and bright. The only way it works out well is if the kids are older and parents follow clothing suggestions really well. In this case, check and check! Mom clearly put so much thought and care into making their outfits perfect for photos. They looked great against the vibrant green we get in the summer, and stood out in the gorgeous warm haze at the end of the night. More importantly, they made everyone feel great, which is so important with little girls.
These sweet girls were absolutely the best. They had the greatest smiles, and still did a wonderful job cuddling and giggling with their parents and each other. They both loved to pose for me, and big sister rocked her felt hat like it was made for her! I had so much fun with them, and I couldn’t be happier with the way their photos turned out. I think mom and dad agree!
I am so grateful that these lovely folks chose to spend a warm summer night with me, and trusted me with their memories. I loved every minute of our time together, and am obsessed with this beautiful gallery!
