I love all of my family sessions. Whether it’s your first year with me, or I’ve known you since I started out, your family is special to me! I love learning about your kids, hearing about your pets, and figuring out what you think is funny. I truly enjoy hearing your little ones’ stories and jokes, and it makes me happy when they want to hold my hand and gives me hugs by the end of our time together. All of these little things help me give you the perfect images, it’s true, but they’re also the things I remember about you when I think back on all of my family sessions that year!
This sweet family was so much fun. I’ve photographed them once before, but it was years ago and their oldest was just a baby. So it was great to see them and meet their newest member! I remember from the first time working with these guys that their oldest was a bit shy. She had definitely grown out of that this time, but it seemed like little sister had taken her place. With a little coaxing, and lots of silliness, though, she came around! We ended up with a great evening full of smiles, laughs and playfulness, and I loved every minute of it.
Thanks for trusting me with your family photos again, guys! I love seeing families grow, and hope to see more of yours soon!
